3D BluePrint India Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of the 3D BluePrint group and started operations in Ahmedabad from January 2007 onwards. The parent, 3D BluePrint Architects and Engineers, is a Dutch private limited company which was founded in 2002 and is based in Amsterdam. 3D BluePrint is an innovative architectural and engineering group whose main functions are architecture, design coordination and engineering of new building projects. Its activities cover the complete building cycle from initiation up to completion, making full usage of 3D Building Information Models in all stages.

In the Netherlands, 3D BluePrint is one of the first architectural and engineering groups to use this new approach of integrating design, engineering and construction services. In India, 3D BluePrint is also the official training and sales centre of the 3D BIM software that it uses: Allplan from German company Nemetschek.

3D BluePrint India Pvt. Ltd. has 30 architects and engineers plus supporting staff. It is housed in a 4,100 square feet open and transparent office on ground floor, with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The infrastructure includes 3D BIM and 2D CAD software, quad core computers with double flat screens, central server with antivirus and 4 routers, 2 separate broadband internet lines, central plotter and printers, E-conference room, etc. .
