One of the pilars of the work of 3D BluePrint is communication. Communication with the client, communication between project partners and communication with municipality. To support this, 3D BluePrint can generate many types of documents and files from our 3D BIM:

• 3d models (3D PDF, IFC, Sketchup, etc.)

• 2d drawings (PDF, DWG, etc.)

• Walk through animations (MOV, etc.)

• 4D construction animations (MOV, etc.)

• Digital maquette (EXE)

• 3D printed maquette

• Rendered pictures (JPG, etc.)

• Reports (PDF, DOC, etc.)

• Quantity lists (XLS, etc.)

From experience we know that within a project communication of these files and documents have to be organised, structured and maintained for the project to be succesfull. Furthermore all parties have to have access to the right information at the right time. To support some parts of this we have developed our own project portal called www.bouwconnector.nl .
